Balboa
Management Group provides full-service management to
community associations in Southern California. All services are
done in-house. We do not use subcontractors for billing, publishing,
etc.
We have a combined
average of 27 years in the business of managing community associations.
Our managers have at least five years experience managing community
associations.
Judi
Surbuts, CPM ® has managed Associations, residential and commercial property for over 17 years. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM). A CPM must abide by the most stringent code of Ethics in the industry or risk losing the designation. The code is strictly enforced by IREM and requires the utmost of care in managing properties. She is currently the Inland Empire Chapter President for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a member of California Association of Community Managers (CACM). She is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the California Department of Real Estate.
Victoria
Grijalva has been managing community associations exclusively
for over 18 years. She is a member of the Community Associations
Institute (CAI) and is currently working on her management certification
(CMCA).
