We have more ways we can save your association money. With our design-your-own management services you can pick the type of service that best suits your association.
We charge according to the number of meetings your association has in a year. Having meetings bi-monthly or quarterly rather than every month will lower the cost of your monthly management fee.
We give a monthly discount to associations whose meetings start before 6:00 p.m. Early meetings saves us time, so it saves you money.
We give a monthly discount to associations who choose to hire a recording secretary. We won’t charge you a management fee and then make you pay for a recording secretary on top of our fee.
